Question to all my fan cluB
The question is:
1. Do you think it is possible to be an influencer in most of the situations in your life?
(i.e. for those who know DISC analysis, you can interpret the question as "Is it possible for me to be an I in all situations: in work, school, church, cell group, band, CCA, etc? Or is it only in a few situations that it is realistically possible?"
A few of my thoughts/questions to whet your appetite:
1. Being an influencer can take up a lot of energy. Especially when you're relating to people that may not be essentially your type.
2. How does influence work? Especially when you're aiming to influence them to God's standard? Influence has the idea of give and take, so what can be given and what can be taken?
3. Are we supposed to influence everyone we meet? Or can we take it for granted that we're already influencing everyone we meet?)
Feel free to reply to this blog and leave your comments. If you've quotes from people to back up your opinion, do leave them as well. =)

For me I personally felt dat sometimes when it comes to work, you got to be "C" and "D". But of coz you muz come with an "I" to be an influence to others. One can be too "D" and cant influence anyone. But yet a too "I" person can't get serious with work also. So it depends on how the situation is like. But I felt that a real influencer must have "I" & "D". "I" to hv gd r/s wif pple and "D" to lead.

Nice comment Jan. =) felt it was very helpful.
who says only I personalities can influence others?!
you dont have to be an I to make a difference in someone else's life.
honestly i dont thk the core component of being able to influence others to fulfill God's stnds gotta do with DISC.
What made Elijah turn the heart of israel toward repentance? was it his I personality?
Maine: "I" people can make you brighten up. That's why I felt that they could influence pple more. Let's not just mean christians but also non believers. They wun do wat God wans them to do wun they?

brightening up ppl's days is a gift itself and does influence ppl in that manner. but in the context of influencing ppl to god's stnds, having an I personality is not the major ingredient... altho having it wld be a plus point. anyway my post is not directed to ur comment. ya non christians can influence ppl to do good, but more often than not, its not so much abt personality but strength of character.
